Would appreciate if you can share your knowledge on Graduate or Post graduate course done on off-campus or as private study.
I mean would WES, IQAS or ECA would give sufficient points which can qualify me to file my Canada PR?
Is there any criteria/rule set by EE which says only Regular student would be able to apply PR under FSWP (Federal Skilled Worker Program).
