WES for 2 years PGDCA from CDAC

Hi All, Posting this on behalf of my friend.

Does WES evaluate a 2 years PGDCA from CDAC?
Could not find any equivalent degree on wes website using their tool.
Any inputs or prior experiences will be greatly appreciated.
