WES Evaluations

Hi Everyone,

I’m in the middle of the process for the WES evaluation of my degree.
I can’t find anything on WES’s website regarding the required documents for evaluation.
Should I send only the copies of my diploma and the translated version to WES or the copies must be accompanied with the originals as well?

Your university has to send transcripts of your education to WES.

I understand that but do I need to send any official documents on my own or just the copies? If so which other document are required to be sent?

As I said, you do not need to send anything. You will send your documents to your university, and they will send transcripts to Canada.

Could you tell me what other documents exactly do I need to give to my university except the original transcripts to send to WES?

Please visit your university, ask for Transcript form. All the documents would be mentioned on that which are required by them.

Standard documents what Universities ask for:
1. Mark sheet and Degree photocopies.
2. Passport photocopy

I have collected the transcripts for both my Bachelor Degree and Master's PGDM Diploma in sealed, stamped and signed envelopes from the respective universities. I will both of these sealed envelopes as well as copies of my degree and diploma certificates in a bigger envelope and send it to WES.
Now, I know that I need to write my WES Reference Number on both the envelopes provided by the universities as well as the bigger envelope which I'll send via courier.
My question is, do I also need to write my WES Reference Number on the two degree/diploma certificate copies which I'll put inside the bigger envelope?

Hi,
there is no need to write your WES reference number on the certificate copies. As long as the reference is provided on the envelope, it should be fine.
