WES Evaluation

I’ve two Bachelor degree earned from two different university both are 4 year degree. But I earned both degree at same time means I take admission in dual degree program. Now I want to take Information about WES Evaluation. Now I’m little bit confused I’m under two or more degrees category of EE or not ?. And my second question :
WES provide me extra points or not on behalf of Dual degree?

omair bhai i have same situation , i am from comsats lahore and it awarded me dual degree , one from comsats and other from lancaster UK .. can you please contact me at zainyr1@yahoo.com i have some queries , need help
