WES Evaluation

Hi Friends,

I need some help in sending the documents for Evaluation to WES. I searched their portal and found nothing around it and also they are not responding to mails. I have done my Post Graduation and need to evaluate it. So I was told that I need to send both my Post graduation(MBA) and graduation (B tech) documents to them. However is it OK if I send Only consolidated mark sheet and certificate to them or Do I need to send semester wise grade sheets for both MBA and Btech. Quick help is very much appreciated.

You need to send transcripts, original from your University to them for your evaluation.

WES does not respond to emails too well (and very slowly at that, sometimes taking 10 days to reply to my emails).

It is best to have your university send them the transcripts, which usually includes the degree cert as well as all semester mark sheets. Though some unis just send a consolidated mark sheet.

However, if you feel getting transcripts from your uni is going to take too much time, I would suggest call them and talk to them.. sometimes that is the best. They may be able to work it out on a case by case basis.

Beware, calling them can also be a taxing affair, as every time I have called them, have been on wait for at least 12-15 minutes.

However I have a question here, If I am choosing to send the documents through university, Is it fine if WES receives two different packages, one from my MBA college and the other from my Graduation university?? Also timing might be different from these two

That should be ok, ensure that both those places have the WES reference number put into the address in an attention line (as noted in the contact us page). For Example

WES Reference No.____________________
World Education Services
Attention: Documentation Center
2 Carlton Street, Suite 1400
Toronto, Ontario M5B 1J3
Canada
