Hello All,

I have a question to you.
Despite I did the payment and sent some documents to WES, I cannot see any order in my account. Is it normal? Should not I able to see the order I did the payment for?

Please let me know it is normal not to see any orders.

Hi,

First of all could you provide info that "documents are received by WES". Is there any such status you see when you click on "My order status"?

Secondly, when you have done your payment, it take few hours to get it updated from "due balance" to "amount paid" as zero.

Yes,

If you have done the Payment then your order should be displayed.
Did you receive any email with your reference code, If yes the Please contact WES
