WES evaluation with differnt last last in UG and masters degree

Hello,


I am about to apply for a WES evaluation for my UG degree and my masters degree. During the process of applying, I noticed my last name on under grad degree from Bangalore is "SA" and on my masters degree it is abbreviated to say "S**y A*****I". Should be do anything additional because of this while applying for evaluation now?
