I have ordered my ECA for immigration purposes via the "Order Duplicate IRCC" option. The document informs that it was sent to IRCC. The first 2 pages show the ECA# number ending with IMM. However, it also contains extra pages, with the Course by course infomration, and the ECA# does not appear on the top of the page.
I've seen some information saying that IRCC only accepts document by document ECA, but couldn't find a definitive answer. Also, it seems to me that WES does not provide this option on their website. Could anyone tell me if the report can be used in my CEC PR application?
