WES Evaluation Suggestion for Dual Master's

Hi,

I understand that for WES evalution we need to submit highest degree. I read some where that it will give you more points if you submit 2 credentials for WES evaluation. Is it true?

I am looking for suggestions for the below profile

- Bachelor's of Engineering ( Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering) - 4 years (INDIA)
- Master's ( Applied Electronics) - 2 years (INDIA)
- Master's ( Information Technology) - Major - 2 years (USA)

My question :
- I am skeptical if i should submit only my US master's degree for WES evaluation or if I submit my Mtech (India) also ?
- If i submit both would it give me more points?
- Mtech in India is electronics, and master's in USA is major in Information Technology , Would there be a problem if we submit both ?
