Need help in getting my credentials verified from WES. Below is my current situation,
Status on Hold:
Reason - WES received your document in an envelope that was NOT stamped or signed across the back flap by the appropriate official. Therefore, WES is not able to determine that the document was issued and sent directly by your institution
I have three questions,
1> Although my envelope was signed & stamped correctly, my University (Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak) does not seal the document by itself. How can I ensure that it gets accepted when I send again? Is there a specific way to seal the document?
2> I had earlier sent the document to the USA address of WES via DHL. Now I see that postal mail is also possible to the Candian address. Should I resend the document to CANADA or USA?
3> Is there anyone from who has successfully completed the WES evaluation?
Would be grateful for a prompt response.
