WES Evaluation reports - Institutions - Express Entry

I would like to know which other institutions should we select for WES to send the evaluation report to apart from the default Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)

Thank you Navin. Also one more thing, I am a Master's from Gujarat University with over 7 plus years of work experience ( 3 plus in United Arab Emirates), I want to know if I should go ahead for Canada Immigration through Express Entry through an agency or can I do all the processing by myself?

What do you recommend is the best and why?
