Hello, I would like ask that I have completed my bachelors as a Dental Surgeon ( 4 years or programme) from Pakistan. I would like to know according to WES is my degree equivalent to masters or first professional degree in Canada?

WES has a degree equivalency tool on their website, you can try using that.

I have checked WES tool already they just let you know about the required documents, after their evaluation one get to knows if bds degree is equivalent to masters in Canada or not.
