WES evaluation of Bachelors(BTech) from PTU

Hello

I applied for WES evaluation for my PTU(IKGPTU) credentials from India. According to PTU(as seen on my ticket status), they sent in my transcripts and DMC's to WES two weeks ago electronically. But WES shows that they havnt received any documents.

Does anyone else have experience with similar situation. What steps did you take(if any)?
