WES reported my Master degree as "One year of graduation study" in Canadian Equivalence . Please let me know what will be educational point for FSWP2014. Can I get 23 ?

I think you mean "one year of graduate studies". If so, then you won't be awarded points for your MBA - and no, you won't get 23 points unfortunately.
