Its definitely gonna add few points and down the line if your spouse wish to seek a job in Canada, she already would have the degree evaluated and you might be aware ECA is valid for 5 years. Comparing the point value and the WES fee value, people generally don't go for it, if your current score you assume could get you an ITA without Spouse ECA points. Its all your call
