WES Evaluation for ongoing master degree

Hi guys, I recently got accepted to an online master degree in US. I will start my first semester in the next few days.
Am I able to have WES evaluate this so that I can use for Express Entry or I have to wait until my graduation ?

I believe WES do not evaluate incomplete degrees, however they might assist and evaluate your achievement if you have finished all of the degree requirements and waiting for the final Award decision in this case you should send the completion letter instead of the award along with the marks transcripts rectified duly, though still not guaranteed to be evaluated but there is a good chance.
