WES evaluation for B.Com from mumbai university

Hi guys,
My first and second year BCom is from a college anthirs year is from mumbai university. First and second year colleges are not listed in autonomous list, however I have transcripts from college which say that exams are conducted on behlaf of mumbai university which is recognised. And then for third year I have transcripts and Bachelors Certificate from mumbai university. Will transcripts from college be suffucient for first and second year?

Is that mumbai university gives you third year transcript? If yes, then please share me how you got that transcript from mumbai university. I mean what is procedure for get third year transcript from Mumbai University.
