Thank you very much. Yes I already started the masters evaluation before I entered the poll but I was able to get ITA based on the current WES.

Okay what about just attaching the new WES in my PR application and writing an LOE to explain I got it after ITA

No need for anything in LOE considering you haven't uploaded anything to get ITA. Additionally, if you have a new ECA number, just update it. Nothing else is needed.
