WES Error

Hello All,

I have applied to WES for my ECA. I Have completed my Bachelors from Gujarat University and My dad got transcript from Gujarat University and sent me here at Toronto. I have submitted seal pack transcript to WES and now they are saying it is not accepted,

Reason: The document received was not issued by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations (e.g. university, constituent or autonomous college).

Instructions: Please resubmit the academic document according to the document requirements stated under University Education for India.

What should I do!!!!
Please help me to resolve this!!

So did you get your Transcripts done? I did my B.E. from SVIT Vasad and facing a similar situation now. Please advise.

For me in Gujarat University they wanted my mark-sheet not a transcript. So my dad went there with copy of my mark-sheet and it should be stated and attested by Uni. After that you have to post it to WES from same area's post office in India and thats it. If you want to take extra care send your transcripts (attested by uni) as well. And send it directly from India. Make sure you call and ask WES as well. What exactly they need.

Thanks for the reply. You mentioned that I should call WES. I searched on their website, and nowhere their contact number is mentioned. Even the Contact Us page has been created just to fool people. Do they actually answer queries on the phone? WES has a very bad reputation in terms of customer service. Do you have an experience to share?

You have 3 options -
1. Message them on Contact Us page.
2. Tweet them privately.
3. Leave them a message on Facebook.

Honestly, their service is pretty good and I can vouch for this.

Thank you for replying. Can you please share the link where you are able to see the option to message them on "contact us" page? I visited their "contact us" page and there is no option to message them. Even their phone numbers are nowhere mentioned on their website.
