WES Equivalency report for spouse necessary or not?

Hello guys,
I am trying to apply under express entry experienced class.
I have done my WES equivalency report as i am a principle applicant , Do I have to have Equivalency report for my spouse too??
She has 2 years of experience as a Fashion Stylist ? Will her experience be counted for more crs points?

Please help guys.

No. you only need her English language Test result to boost your score and that is if you are not able to achieve the score on your own.

Incorrect. Getting ECA for spouse will get you more points. Also, partner foreign work experience will get you additional points.
