Please, I have BNSC in Nursing and OND in Science Laboratory Technology. If I evaluate the two certificates, will it improve my CRS point ?

I have already paid for WES verification but I have not uploaded my Degree certificate, is it possible to add the OND certificate without paying extra money?

It may if your degree is assessed as such and diploma gives you one year of completed program in post secondary.
