Hi all!
My situation is such that I have 4 degrees from 3 different universities. Since WES has changed its procedure, the Universities have to now send the transcripts directly to them. The first set of documents was received by WES on 19th Jan 2018 as updated in my account. The account status got refreshed 6 times with the same status, "We have received your documents". I have written multiple mails to them (via the contact us) just to confirm whether they've received my documents from all the three universities but they give a very generic reply. Any other mail id where they give a case specific reply?
I'm checking my account morning evening but the last update was 20th Feb 2019. Since then, the status has remained unchanged.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
