If I am not done with Master, can WES also evaluate that? I only have three remaining subjects- one sem. Thanks would appreciate any feedback.

I have a degree ABCom in the Philippines, Diploma in Teaching (1 year) and Masters Degree on Going. Im afraid, this wont get counted.

I think you can claim for points under "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years". Please refer Level of Education section under https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/criteria-comprehensive-ranking-system/grid.html

In order to claim points for Master's, you need to complete the course. They'll take the effective date as I believe..Hope this helps...

Unless you received some sort of certificate like PG Certificate or PG Diploma don't think it will count. But you can send it and hope for the best

You need your IELTS results before you can submit your application for EE
