Hi everyone
I am from india. I have craeted WES account for me and my spouse .
I have two queries regarding it.
1. I officially use only my name without any surname or family name.
But in wes account , last name is required . What i can do?

2.there are two options in courier option one is standard canada mail service and another one is tnt n ups based service which would cost 85 dollars
Can i use standard one. Is it safe? Have anyone used it before?

I am including my secondary education also for evaluation . . Is it ok? ?

You can go for $7 to save $78. You will anyways get online report from your WES account.

My name is Arsh and I have applied for ECA of my wife's graduation and MBA credentials(Both studied at different Universities). I had sent necessary documents to WES through respective universities only. Status shows "Accepted" for post graduation documents sent, However for Graduation, It shows "Not Received". As per University they have sent the graduation documents and WES should have them by now. My confusion is what is the reason for "On hold" status - whether WES has not received graduation documents at all OR they have received but format of documents is not as per their expectation. How do I know which case is this exactly ? I would appreciate a response.

If I were you then I would have called WES directly with my application number and enquire.

I would suggest this is the best way.

But in passport i dont have any given name. But WES does not accept without last name. .
Shuld i call or mail WES.
