WES-ECA report gone wrong- Need ur advice

Dear friends,
I'm Sajna Hameed from India. I have my Bachelors in Computer Application, Bachelors of Education n Masters in English from Indian Universities. I have 10 years of working experience too.
Due to some health issues, I took 4years to complete my 2years Masters. Now that WES has recognized my Masters as 4years Bachelors program which has brought down my score. What do i do to help WES understand t?

I would suggest to seek a letter from your university that the masters course you were enrolled in was a Full time 2 years program. Take a letter which explains your medical conditions. Write an email to WES as they do not communicate on phone, explain the situation and point out their mistake. I hope it will work.
