My wife'd WES evaluation request was initially cancelled because we submitted the request on after marriage name however I got confirmation from there representatives over the phone call that I can create a new account on maiden name (same as the name on educational credentials) pay the fees and documents can be transferred from the cancelled request to the new one but it has been a while now and the status still shows we are waiting for your documents, I called customer care last week to check the status, they said they can forward the request to concerned desk but there is no update yet.
