WES ECA for 3 year graduation+1 year PG Diploma

Dear Friends,

I am from India. I have evaluated my 3-year graduation as: 3-year bachelors from WES (BA English)
Now I have completed a PG Diploma (PGDCA) from a listed university in WES. My question is :

1. Will my 12+3+1 will be considered as two certificates? (Many friends got this PG Diploma positive with a 4- year graduation, i don't know anybody done with 3-year graduation)
2. Should i pay the fees once again, for WES?

Hi, My btech is recognised by WES as 4 years, If now I do 1 year diplima distance from NMIMS, Can i claim points for two or more in EE ?
