WES ECA evaluation - documents questions

Hello folks,

If we have all documents attested, and we just took university sealed envelope, is that will work for WES ?

OR, we need all this original documents (another copy of original documents) from university and they will do this all sealed envelope process too ?

Copies of mark-sheets (transcripts) which are duly attested by the concerned authority inside a sealed envelope which is also duly signed in the required spaces (as shown in the pic you attached) will do for WES. You don't need to apply for another set of originals.
