WES ECA document for diploma to degree

Hello All,

I am applying for PR to Canada. I have a query for my ECA documents.

I have done,
- Diploma in computer engineering in 2012-2015 - Bachelors degree in computer engineering in 2015-2018.

Should I required to submit both of the university document to WES ECA? Or just last bachelors degree is fine?
