WES documents not received - delay?

Hi All,

Is anyone else having delays on WES receiving their sent documents? I sent mine over 3 weeks ago and they are still claiming not received?

Any advice appreciated.

Did you send it with regular post? I sent mine on 9 Oct and they received it on 29 Oct

The certificate was sent by regular post Nov 1st and the transcripts from my professional body sent around then also. That's good to hear - so I should be expecting them to update soon then?

Canada post is on strike, it might take some time
