WES documents help urgent

Hi Every one
My University send sealed documents directly to WES and status says documents received -
Documents my uni sent were
3 years DMC of B.Com
and Degree I received from University
My question is I did not send academic records request form. Was it Mandatory to send this form since my university sent it directly .
As far as I understand it documentation required it says you need to send this form if you are sending attesteddocuments by urself.

I am doing the smme thing too, usually from the university you need the mark sheets(Photocopies), attested and dated by the controller of examinations/Registrar's office. You also need to get the academic transcript request form first part filled by you and the second part filled by the college authority. This is what I understood. Hope it makes sense buddy.

Yes in my opinion attaching the transcript request form is mandatory. So the entire bunch of documents include the transcript form, photocopies of mark sheets and transcripts and degree certificates. Also remember to quote the WES reference number on each document.

In your case, I would suggest you to dispatch it immediately.

So do we need to put the entire bunch of documents including the transcript form, photocopies of mark sheets and degree certificates in one envelope? Or can put transcript request form and photocopies of mark sheets in one and degree certificate in another? Because according to WES instructions sealed envelope must only contain transcript form, photocopies of mark sheets.

Hi Bhatthal,

I didn't sent a request form. My universities sent my transcripts with WES reference number and I sent copies of degree scrolls and that was it. I got my ECA in 4 weeks.

Yes ECA is necessary if you want to score extra points for education under CEC.

Hi I did 3 bachelors of computer application from India and I got ECA report. as per Canadian education , my degree is counted as 4 years degree.

I was filling in Express entry , What do i need to select in below fields


Complete/full academic years ? do I need to fill 3 or 4
Name of school/institution ? do I need to enter name of college or name of affiliated university ?
Was xxx awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate? yes or no ? Do i need to select yes becuase I got ECA report and its kind of certificate ?

Hello PR4CAN,

I am applying ECA for the same degree "Bachelors of Computers". Can you please tell me the exact method of sending your documents? I have a sealed envelope having my 3 year marksheets from university and one copy of degree itself, Now I am going to put these two documents in another envelope and mail to WES. Do I need any extra documents? I have to dispatch my docs to WES soon. So please guide me with exact procedure of documentation asap.
