Please I need your advise, or if anyone has been through the same situation of mine.
The story is as follows:
I've asked my university to prepare my transcripts and fill in the Academic Records Request Form with the name, signature and stamp of the university. The officer did so and put everything in one sealed envelope, and gave it to me to send it to WES office.
The envelope is sealed with the university stamp, and the WES reference number is written on both sides of the envelope, but neither the officer name nor the university address is actually written on the envelope.
I sent the envelope and it has been received just few days back, and i was just searching for something in the WES website and read the following: " The university stamp, address and officer signature should be clearly displayed on the envelope. If not, the WES will not accept".
Based on my situation, do you believe that my envelope would be rejected? And if so, can I resend the documents again with the same WES reference number? Or I have to create a new account and pay the same amount again???
