Hello,
I have done MCA from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Mumbai
But all the semester exams were held by Mumbai University.
Mumbai University doesn't issue the transcripts so I got it from my college in a sealed/stamped envelope.

Do I also need mark sheets to be attested by Mumbai University as well as the transcripts issued by my college?
OR
Transcripts as it is + marks sheets attested by University??
OR
Can I just send transcripts + xerox copies of mark sheets (Not attested) + degree certificate to WES?

If your institute is affiliated to Mumbai University, they will have to issue you transcripts.

If your institute is listed under following tool, then you can ignore university
