My institution has couriered the transcript to WES and still they has not updated my account.
All documents’ status shows that they have been accepted except the academic transcript. Under the transcript the status says “Not Received”
But in my WES account the status shows “Documents received - review in progress”.
Even under order details it shows below status update.

We have received your documents and will contact you when your documents have been reviewed.
“
Can someone tell me what this means?
Whether they have received all the documents or require any other documents.
