I need your advice here
I have completed pharmacy from Mumbai university. I wanted my degree to be evaluated from WES hence I collected transcripts from my college in a sealed envelope. In a new envelope i added my passing certificate (As college issued transcripts do not contain passing certificate) along with the sealed college transcript envelope to WES.
I checked my account section and found that Passing certificate document was accepted and the college issued transcript was rejected.
I checked FAQ section on WES website for India and found that they want my mark sheets to be attested by Mumbai university (Controller of Examination).
But when i couriered the passing certificate then it was neither attested by college nor by university, although they have accepted it. but my transcripts were properly attested by college and kept in sealed envelope were rejected by WES.
Please help me in
1. Shall i take a xerox of my marksheets and get is attested by university of mumbai officials and send it back to WES
2. Since college has conducted exams for semester 1, 3, 5 and university has conducted exams for sem 2, 4, 6, 7 and 8. In this case i shall send them 2 separate documents for respective examination controllers (i.e College issued attested marksheets and university attested marksheets fro respective semesters)
3. I completed graduation in the year of 2010 so which office shall i approach i.e. Kalina campus or Fort campus.
Guys, I have already paid fees in full to WES and i need your help. Since I am based in Bangalore so I need to have my family members to visit the university office hence your help will matter a lot.
Please guide me.
