WES, document not received

thank you for your help,
I sended 3 diplomes to the wes, according to it I must send another document for my Master, I don't understand what is it.
I alredy send Degree Certificate and Academic Transcript, they was accepted by wes.

my master is a decolalised master from france (INSA Lyon)to morroco in a moroccan univercity
