WES details needed for degree in VTU, India and Masters from Autonomous college under VTU

I've done my MBA from an autonomous college under VTU, India. Anyone knows how to go about applying for the transcripts in this case.
Also since the new WES rule says the university has to post the documents directly, so in that case my degree amd masters documents will be posted separately. Will thos cause any problems?

Check if your autonomous college in the UGC website( which I feel it wouldnt be as its under VTU) . If it isn't then you need to request for transcripts online on the VTU website or visit Belgaum to place a rewuere for the transcripts to be sent to WES. Then you can either courier or fax the photocopy of your degree to WES.
