WES DELAYS.....NOT UPDATING MY PROFILE

All,

Please my university has responded to WES verification letter and WES received it on Monday at 12.10pm. However, it's been 5 days now and WES is yet to update my profile to Evaluation in Progress.

I have sent emails to them with no response from them.....what sort of service provider is this. I believe they will have to update the profile before they conclude the evaluation process. OR could they have started working on my file without uploading it on my account?

Has anyone experienced such situation.

I would say consider one month processing time. And don't worry about when they update it on there website. By doing that you will put yourself in uncomfortable situation and will freak out. So just take it easy. Think that it will take a month to get your ECA (period). I got mine in about a month.
