WES: Delay proccessing documents

Hello,

here is below my timeline for WES , would you let me know if it's normal or there is some kind of delay :

• WES received documents by DHL : Friday 23 Feb 2018
• Status changed to "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)" : Tuesday 27 Feb 2018
• Today 9-Mar-18 : still no updates.

When It will change to "Evaluation in progress"

So when did you get your final report?
