Hello there!
When I check on WES website for the transcript evaluation for my country I see this on the required documents:
1. Academic Transcript
This is an official document issued by the institution you attended. It must list all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of study.
For completed programs, a European Diploma Supplement in English is preferred if issued by your institution.
I have completed my study and I have a diploma supplemet but they want the original document and I hesitate to send the original document to another country because if anything happens to the document on the way its nearly impossible for me to get it again from my university. However I can send an original transcript with apostile and everything. Is that okay if I send the transcript not the diploma supplement ? Has anyone been on the same position like this? One other thing is that, my masters degree diploma is from another country and on the required documents list for this country it goes like this:

for this country, they dont say "for completed study" they only say its preffered. Anyway this university doesnt even give a diploma supplement, they only gave me transcript.
And after this, comes the second part that I dont understand. Tranlation of the documents section they say:
Your documents can be translated by your institution, a certified translation agency such as COSTI Languages Bureau, or any other professional translation service. You can upload a clear and legible copy of this document in My Account.
Should I notarize the translated documents or not? from this sentence I really couldnt understand that.
Please, if anyone has been experienced this kind of situation I would be very appreciated for any answer. Its very expensive for me to send the documents from the country I live to Canada, so I only have one shot for a while, thats why I cant make a mistake with the documents.
