WES Credentials - UK MBA + BBA Pakistan

I am confused about the educational credential assessment and haven't yet found an answer to my question.

I have done MBA Marketing from University of Aberdeen, UK.
My Bachelors (BBA 4years) is from Pakistan.
Intermediate and Matriculation (12 standard and 10 standard) is also from Pakistan.

Now I want to get my education assessed by WES. I have been to WES site and they ask Pakistani students to send their university degrees attested from HEC along with intermediate and matriculation certificate from respective boards in a seal envelope.

However, I am confused what should I do with the UK degree. Since I am residing in Pakistan nowadays.

Should I send my MBA degree along with all the MBA transcripts to WES in a normal envelope? and asked my University in UK to send an electronic copy to WES directly?

For the Transcripts from Pakistan, you have to take the efforts and do it on your own.

For UK, you can simply visit the website of your University and check the "Order Transcripts" section.
Drop an email to them and tell them that you want them to send your transcripts to WES, Canada. Attach your Certificate and inform your Student Number to them.

They will ask you to pay the fees and they will do the needful.
Forward them the WES ECA form to fill up and to be attached with your transcripts. Also provide your WES Reference Number to them.

Money has to be paid online around GBP 12 (that's what I paid for my UK transcripts).

Thanks for the info man. But how will I send the MBA degree and transcript? In an envelope?
Because I got my Bachelors degree and transcript attested which I have got in a sealed envelope from HEC, Pakistan.

Will I be charge separately for both degrees?

You do not need to send your UK degree and transcript. Ask you University to send the copy of your degree certificate and the transcript to WES in a sealed envelope. You only need to pay the fees to your University.

First, you need to pay the money online (around CAD 325 or something)to WES Canada and obtain the WES Reference Number after payment. You only need to pay once. You need to mention this WES Reference Number on both the envelops. I mean from your end, it will be one envelop. Ask the University to include the WES Reference Number on their Envelope.

Your UK Univ. should take only a week or 10 days time to send it to WES Canada.
In your ECA report, they will mention the equivalent for both these degrees separately in one single report.

However its mentioned on WES Canada, documents required for UK documents attestation:

Clear, legible photocopies of all degree certificates issued by the institutions attended. To be submitted to WES by applicant.

Transcript of academic records issued by the institutions attended - showing all subjects completed and all grades/marks awarded for all years of post-secondary study. (To be sent directly to WES by the institutions attended)
It doesn't mention photocopies or original degree certificate. Plus I need to ask the Uni for both the transcripts and degree certificate

I did not send any photocopies of transcripts for my UK credentials from my end.

WES accepted, processed my ECA and sent it to me. I think you need not send it from your end.
Since both the Universities - one in India and one in UK sent the original transcripts to WES, there was no need to send any photocopies from my end.

However, note that WES does not return any documents.

Hmm..It means I should ask the University to send the transcripts and degree to WES..They will send photocopies to them directly. Someone told me that I should ask the University to send the duplicate of original transcript and degree which confused me.

I could be wrong but from what I understand you can only claim points for your Highest qualification. My thinking is if they allotted points for multiple qualifications in theory a person could get more than 600 points (excluding PNP or LMIA).

Note that in the 'Level of Education' section there is a Maximum amount of points you can claim. From my reading any additional qualifications do not give you extra points.

As someone said previously, I don't think you can claim points for both your Masters and Bachelor's (provided you wanna use points for two or more degree's etc). Here's my 2 cents. Goto WES website and register and get a reference number. You don't necessarily have to pay to get that. It will show as outstanding balance. You can always pay it later (as long as they get paid before they receive your documents, its all good). Then you can do two things, you can ask your Uni to either send it directly to WES, Toronto or they can send it to you and you can eventually send it to WES ( that's if they refuse to send it directly to WES). Sometimes, WES's online payment system doesn't work so you'll have to get an international draft made in CAD and post it to them. This is exactly what I did. I collected my documents in a sealed transcript from the University, made a canadian draft payable in Canada, put both of them in an envelope and shipped it to WES.

I honestly don't think you need to get your pakistani bachelor's attested but I could be wrong so let's hear what others have to say. Hope that as helpful.

Here's the explanation.
If you're sure your Masters will be evaluated as being equivalent to Canadian Masters - you can evaluate the Master's alone. You will get maximum points
However, if you're not sure, evaluate both. If you are not given Canadian equivalency of Masters, you can get 'Two or More Degree'or Bachelors alone.

MBA from Aberdeen sounds like Canadian Master's equivalency (I did MBA from Wales) but i'm not WES

Well, that I have already checked with WES. I have done MBA from University of Aberdeen, UK. Its equivalent to a Canadian Masters.
