WES course by course evaluation report

Dear Friends,
Now I have an issue regading course by course evaluation, which I wanted to receive through WES.
I sent all required documents original and translation (bachelor diploma and transcript) they were both verified by apostille by State Education Quality Inspection. After several days WES sent me back my documents saying that: "your documents were NOT made apostilled on original documents".

To be honest, this is very difficult for me to understand. If make apostilles how they want, it means that that Inspection needs to make a hole in the original diploma and its transcript and sew them.

Please if anyone had such kind of experience please advise since this is VERY URGENT for me, because
deadline for admisssion is coming up......

Did the school actually ask you to do WES to get admission? This is not usual from what i have seen.

The only thing i can suggest is you look at the requirements from WES on doc submission, usually the transcripts have to be sent directly from the institution you attended, is this what you did?
