WES Certification for Mumbai University and PG Diplomas

Hi
I have done masters and have a PG Diploma from Pune.
My Degree is from Mumbai Univerity
My question is :
- Do I need to get my mark sheets attested from Collage for First Second and Third Year?
- Do I need to get Transcripts from them in a sealed envelope along with copies of final mark sheets?
- what about PG Diploma I have for Master - Do I have to get that attested also?
