The college needs to send WES the documents directly. Yes, this is mandatory.

Most often, if you get the documents from the college and mail it from the college's post office, WES accepts it. Still, technically you are not supposed to be handling the documents at all.

I hold a WILP MTech degree from BITS Pilani.
Since it's a WILP degree, the classes took place in the company I work for here in Bangalore. But now looks like I have to go to BITS Pilani to submit my certificates if the college doesn't do it for me.
