WES Canada not sending verification request to my Institution

I tried to verify my Msc and Bsc credentials with WES. The Msc (UK) credential was verified successfully but the Bsc has been giving me nightmares.

The Bsc credentials got to Wes Canada and they claim the institution in Ghana has not responded.

I had to travel to Ghana and found out that Wes did not send any request to the school. I have tried to call and send numerous mails to inquire the problem but Wes just insists that the school is yet to respond.

I have also paid for the request to be sent via Courier, paid for my transcripts to be resent but it has not changed.

What can I do?

If WES does not recognize the institution (and they do not recognize all), they will not contact them for verifying the degree.
Unfortunately, you can not do anything to change this.
You will have to drop that degree from your academic achievements and apply without.
