I have doubt regarding name difference in my academic certificate and my passport.
Certificate : SHYAM KUMAR S
Passport : SHYAMKUMAR SANKAR
In the WES Academic Request form, do i need to fill up passport name in GIVEN NAMES and certificate name in Previous Name? I want WES to give my passport name in ECA report. For this. do i need to enclose one and same person affidavit OR just a cover letter?
Also, i have completed BE in XYZ college affliated to Anna University, Chennai. In this case, the institution name is XYZ College or Anna University? Pls advise.
