WES BASIC OR ICAP?? (Course by course OR Document by document.)

Hello ,
I am applying for the ECA to WES and I am slightly confused about:
Which type of evaluation is required for FSWP. The WES is offering two types of evaluation :
1: WES-ICAP.
2: WES-BASIC.

I think WES-BASIC is for the immigration program. In this catagory there are two types of evaluations:
A: Course. by Course
B: Document by document.

Which particular type of evaluation from the above two ( a or b), should I apply?

You see a red banner for FSWP on the right. Thats the correct one.

Also it should be document by document for FSW.

charges for document by document evaluation is $100. I am applying from Pakistan so do I have to pay extra charges for international courier service with it which is $60 so $160 in total Or I only have to pay standard delivery charge of $7 so $107 total??

If I pay by credit card so will they provide me any online receipt which I can include it with my sealed documents as a proof of payment? Or should I pay by cheque in Canadian dollars and include it with my documents?

Yes, you can print it and enclose it with your application. However, it is not mandatory, since all information about your order is available online.

I am bit confused about what your doing here. My Payment was $299.45. My Service Level: FSWP Credential Assessment
