I had obtained DCA Diploma from SISI CMTES, Hyderabad, India back in 2002 but the Institution is now renamed under MSME. They are ready to help us with a Government Gazzette confirming the same. Will that be sufficient for WES or please advise what other details do you require for evaluation. Anticipating you positive and early response. Appreciate your time and support.

I think it should be fine as long as the insitute send your certificate. My university's name also changed since I graduated but it was good as they sent the transcript directly to WES. Als ok you can send a query to them. Hope this helps.
