WES assessment of Bachelore in case highest degree is Master

I have following query regarding express entry profile submission in following case.

If anyone has done Bachelore of Technology degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
Then got job in NOC 2174 In India based upon this bachelore degree and got 2.5 year experience.
After this ,a person moved to US for pursuing master in Computer Science.Then he again got job in NOC2174 and gained 2.5 years work ecperience.
He has got his only master education assessed from WES canada.
Do he also need to get his Bachelor degree assessed from WES canada as his Indian work experience of 2.5 years has been obtained after Bachelor degree.
Work experience in NOC 2174 has been obtained after Bachelor alongwith Master education.There are following queries:

1)Can bachelor degree be considered for NOC 2174 as website on NOC description states the requirement of a bachelor's degree in computer science or in another discipline with a significant programming component is must for 2174 .In this case Bachelore degree has some programming components in the curriculum and can be shown in transcripts with course names or providing copy of syllabus.
2)can CIC ask for WES assessment of Bachelor degree during processing stage?
3)Can he add only master in express entry profile and skip Bachelor degree to avoid any further issues?

Kindly suggest the best way.

Hi

I think if you do an ECA for Highest Degree which according to your statement I am guessing is masters it will be enough.

You don't need assessment of Bachelor degree but you can do both together in the same application if you think you want to.

You are good to go.
1. CIC will not ask you to get your Bachelor degree assessed.
2. They will also count your experience in India. Don't worry about it.
3. But make sure you enter information about all your qualifications (like B.Tech you have) in EE profile, even though you don't have ECA reports for them. Just simply show them that you have B.Tech from India but you don't have ECA for it and You have masters from USA and you have ECA for it.
