WES Assessment !!! NEED HELP

I have done my graduation [B.Sc Hons.] from UNIVERSITY OF CALCUTTA. I want to send my educational degree for WES assessment. I have following queries. Please help.

1. Do I need to register in WES site before sending the Transcript ?

2. Apart from Transcripts what are the documents I need to send for WES assessment ?

3. On the Transcript envelop apart from WES address do I need to write any other details ?

4. Apart from Transcripts do I need to send legible photocopies of all final or provisional degree certificates issued by the institutions attended ?

You will need WES reference number before sending your docs, and this reference will be giving to you upon registering and paying the fees
